Guidelines for your communication

All communications have to be made in English.

Oral communications:

Speakers have  15 minutes to present their scientific work: 10 min for talk + 5 min for questions.

As we have a tight schedule, please respect the timing or we will have to stop you before the end of your talk.

Only PDF files are accepted, they have to be sent by e-mail at least at 10PM the day before your presentation day.

8 oral communications will be selected per session by our scientific committee. Participants that submitted for an oral but were not retained will be proposed to make a poster presentation on the same abstract.

Posters:

Posters should be made in A0 format (84 x 119 cm) presented in PORTRAIT format. Font size must be at least fixed to 20. We recommend that you include contact details on your posters.

At least one author of the poster should be present at the conference and stay by the poster during the poster session.

There is no THE right way to make a research poster, but here are some tips.
